Description
Surveillance is a key component of the security Industry. Understanding surveillance can improve Security Officers awareness and thus mitigate risk. It is also a growing Industry as a stand-alone skill in the security services aiding fraud and associated crime. Whether seeking a dedicated role as a surveillance Officer or looking to improve your personal development as a Security Officer this course will provide the skills necessary.
The Course is taught by surveillance experts all retired from the Military, UK Government Organisations and Special Operations (Met Police). The skills taught are inter-operable with all security associated skills, current and experienced from around the world including high risk environments. Specialist surveillance skills include static, foot and mobile surveillance enhanced by technical capabilities.
The awarding certification is the National College of Further Education (NCFE). Level 3 Award in Surveillance.
The course is a five day course running Monday to Friday. The course includes additional homework and preparation in the evenings and some late night exercises.

NOTE:
Students must be 18 years minimum to attend this course. A valid UK driver’s licence is preferable but not essential.
